Hi! I’m Gretchen. I’m a writer and content strategist.

My goal is to solve business problems.

I prefer to stay behind the curtain — operating all the buttons, knobs and levers that make your brand magic. I’ve been doing this work since 2017 and I love it! Every day I get to turn my clients’ biggest challenges into beautifully crafted content.

I have three degrees (including a Master’s in Education) and in 2023 I furthered my education with Storytelling & Content Strategy certificate courses through the University of Washington.

Prior to writing full-time, I was a software developer, ending my career as manager of training at a banking software company. My specialties were developing my awesome team, technical training and product development.

No matter what I’m doing professionally, it always makes me happiest when I can elevate the customer experience.
